Note: I copied this BG painting from 'Draw the looney tunes' character design manual. This is a great book with alotta nice art work. I enjoyed painting this one since it required a dry brush technique and different layers. Almost all of this painting consists of a dark painted wash followed by a lighter touch of colour on top.
