I really need a scanner

"The first drawing should be an accurate observation of the room and should show a person, drawn in scale, sitting, standing or reclining in that space."

"The second drawing should be the same room from that person's point of view. Unlike the first drawing, you should apply you imagination to interpret how the character sees the room."

This took a very long time to finally finish! Generally, it takes ppl time to understand the second one.

Personnage dessin

Im a newb at character design however enjoyed creating this guy

Blind Contour -_-

So this was one of my first assignments in Drawing class for Fundies. Even though its months old I though I'd post it since I got a good mark :) While I was looking at my self in a mirror (not at the paper for an hour!) I was thinking of line quality and variety.

Alex the alley cat

This was my first storyboard I've ever done. I spent alot of time working on expressions, body position and proportions. Hopefully it shows and my hard work pays off!

Heres a painting I did for Jack Urowitz lecture class which was a bunch of fun! It was a mixture of acrylic and india ink for the lion. I had fun with the colour and was overall pleased with the piece. I also enjoyed doing this assignment since we had to present our pieces to the lecture hall.

First Impressions

Hey everyone! I told my friend joel I would finally create my own blog after finishing up my animation portfolio. Speaking of the portfolio, Wow what a ride. Ive never been so worried, stressed, sleep deprived, pleased, and worked so hard in my life! Overall Im extremly pleased with the outcome and will hopefully be one of the few that is accepted into the amazing program. I will start by posting some portfolio pieces and hopefully in a year or so move up to some animation pieces ^_^!
